Located on Florida's Gulf Coast, our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath house comfortably sleeps up to 10 people, making it perfect for families or groups.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and its own full bathroom for added privacy and convenience. The second bedroom boasts two queen beds and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom offers a king bed and a queen bed, both equipped with flat-screen TVs as well.
You'll find ample space to relax and unwind in the large living room. The well-appointed kitchen and dining area provide everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. For those who crave extra lounging space, the sunroom features a queen fold-out couch, and the enclosed back porch offers a serene spot to enjoy the surroundings.
One of the highlights of our vacation home is the brand-new outdoor kitchen! It's perfect for culinary enthusiasts and grill masters, equipped with a flat-top grill, charbroiler, and even a commercial pizza oven (please note - the commercial fryer is not available for guest use). You can indulge in outdoor cooking and dining while making lasting memories with your group.
The property also features two floating docks, allowing you to conveniently pull your boat up and enjoy the waterways. Plus, there's an inviting inground heated pool enclosed by a screen, providing a private oasis for relaxation and fun.
During your stay, you'll have access to modern amenities, including smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer for your laundry needs, and 2 kayaks to use at your leisure. We strive to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
Our vacation home's location offers easy access to a variety of attractions. You can rent our pontoon boat for the week and head to the local sandbar in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico, enjoying it just like a beach. Honeymoon Island State Park and Beach are a short 30-minute drive away, while the world-famous Clearwater Beach is approximately an hour's drive. For a day of adventure, you can even venture to Orlando, home to Disney World, which is less than 2 hours away.
